Constitution

The Constitution is HSAA’s highest expression of the collective will of the membership of the Union. It stands as the ultimate authority upon which every decision is based. As such, it can only be amended by a 2/3 vote of the delegates at Convention of a special meeting.

Save Harmless

  1. The Union shall indemnify and save harmless any member of the Board, or any person appointed or employed by the Board, from personal liability incurred by such person in the administration of the affairs of the Union, provided that such protection shall extend only to persons properly authorized and acting bona fide in the interest of the Union.
