Constitution

The Constitution is HSAA’s highest expression of the collective will of the membership of the Union. It stands as the ultimate authority upon which every decision is based. As such, it can only be amended by a 2/3 vote of the delegates at Convention of a special meeting.

Article 24 - Representation

  1. The District Board members shall be comprised of five (5) members each from Calgary and Edmonton, and two (2) members each from the North, South and Central districts.

    The Equity Board member(s) shall be comprised of (1) one member self-identified as Indigenous.
