Constitution

The Constitution is HSAA’s highest expression of the collective will of the membership of the Union. It stands as the ultimate authority upon which every decision is based. As such, it can only be amended by a 2/3 vote of the delegates at Convention of a special meeting.

Article 57 - Elisabeth Ballermann Social Justice and Labour Relations Fund

  1. The purpose of the Elisabeth Ballermann Social Justice and Labour Relations Fund is for the registration, tuition fees and other related expenses, up to the maximum allowed, for labour relations courses, conferences, and workshops and must be directly related to labour relations, unionism or social justice.
