Constitution

The Constitution is HSAA’s highest expression of the collective will of the membership of the Union. It stands as the ultimate authority upon which every decision is based. As such, it can only be amended by a 2/3 vote of the delegates at Convention of a special meeting.

Article 44 - Standing Committees

  1. The Board shall establish the following standing committees:
    1. Finance Committee:
    2. Elections/Credentials Committee;
    3. Constitution, Bylaws, Resolutions and Policy Committee;
    4. Members’ Benefits Committee;
    5. Workplace Health, Safety and Wellness Committee;
    6. Members’ Appeals and Review Committee; and
    7. Discipline Committee
