Article 6: Notification
- Except where a Party’s designate for the purpose of notification is specified elsewhere in the Collective Agreement, each Party will designate in writing a person or persons and all correspondence between the Parties arising out of the Collective Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from such designated persons. Where a Party’s designate under the clause has changed, that Party will provide the other Party with notice in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the change.
