Article 41: Job Descriptions

1. The Employer shall ensure that job descriptions are located on the Employer’s intranet and accessible to all Employees
2. Upon request, the Employer will provide the Union with a copy of a job description for any job classification in the bargaining unit provided that a request for a particular job description is not made more than once in a calendar year.
