Article 32: Orientation
- With at least one (1) day’s notice, an Employee shall have the right to view their personnel file once each year or when the Employee has filed a grievance. The Employee may be accompanied by a Union Representative if the Employee so desires.
- An Employee shall be given a copy of the contents of their personnel file provided that they first pay to the Employer a reasonable fee to cover the costs of the copying, such fee to be determined by the Employer.
