Article 36: Policies

1. The Employer maintains the right to have in place policies and procedures that are relevant to the workplace or that concern the provision of service to residents and conduct acceptable to the organization.  The Employer shall ensure that these policies are located on the Employer’s intranet and accessible to all Employees.  Copies of relevant policies will be provided to the Union upon request.
