Article 30: Performance Appraisal

  1. Each Employee shall receive a yearly written performance appraisal. 
    1. Meetings for the purpose of discussing performance appraisals shall be scheduled by the Employer with reasonable notice, which shall not be less than twenty-four (24) hours.
    2. An Employee receiving a performance appraisal shall sign such performance appraisal for the sole purpose of indicating that they are aware of the contents, and shall have the right to add comments, in writing, within seven (7) calendar days of the performance appraisal to be attached to their performance appraisal and placed in their personnel file.
    3. An Employee shall be given a copy of the performance appraisal and their comments, if any.
