Article 43: Contracting Out
- Where the Employer finds it becomes necessary to transfer, assign, sub-contract or contract out any work or functions performed by Regular Employees covered by this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall notify the Union sixty (60) days in advance of such change, and will meet and discuss reasonable measures to protect the interests of affected employees.
