ARTICLE 38: RESIGNATION/TERMINATION

Amend Article 38.03(a)(ii) as follows:

“38.03 (a) (ii) six percent (6%) if eligible for fifteen (15) working days, or eight percent (8%) if eligible for twenty (20) working days, or ten percent (10%) if eligible for twenty-five (25) working days, or twelve percent (12%) if eligible for thirty (30) working days, or fourteen percent (14%) if eligible for thirty-five (35) working days of their earnings at the Basic Rate of Pay from the end of the previous vacation year to the date of termination.”
