Local Conditions Applicable to EMS

ARTICLE 38: RESIGNATION/TERMINATION

Amend Article 38.03(a)(ii) as follows:

“38.03 

(a) 

(ii) Employees who FTE is based on 2022.75 or 2080 annual hours:

six percent (6%) if eligible for fifteen (15) working days, or eight percent (8%) if eligible for twenty (20) working days, or ten percent (10%) if eligible for twenty-five (25) working days, or twelve percent (12%) if eligible for thirty (30) working days, or fourteen percent (14%) if eligible for thirty-five (35) working days of their earnings at the Basic Rate of Pay from the end of the previous vacation year to the date of termination.”

(iii) Employees who FTE is based on 2190 annual hours:

Six point five eight percent (6.58%) if eligible for fifteen (15) working days, or eight point seven seven percent (8.77%) if eligible for twenty (20) working days, or ten point nine six percent (10.96%) if eligible for twenty-five (25) working days, or twelve percent (12%) if eligible for thirty (30) working days, or fourteen percent (14%) if eligible for thirty-five (35) working days of their earnings at the Basic Rate of Pay from the end of the previous vacation year to the date of termination.”
