Article 48: Copies Of Collective Agreement

1. The Employer shall provide access to an electronic copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment.

2. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in paper form by the Union, and the production cost shall be shared equally between the Parties.
