Article 19: Ambulance Duty

Note: Article 19 is not applicable to EHS

   1. Ambulance Duty
      
      An Employee assigned to accompany a patient being transferred by ambulance and/or aircraft shall be entitled to receive fifty dollars ($50.00) per round trip beyond a radius of thirty-five (35) kilometres from their place of employment in addition to their Basic Rate of Pay, and if applicable, overtime premium on the same basis as if they had been working at the Site. The Employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable and substantiated expenses incurred directly as a result of such duty.
