Notes: Salaries shall be adjusted by the same percentage as negotiated between AHS and HSAA effective April 1, 2024, April 1, 2025, and April 1, 2026.

If, during the life of this Collective Agreement, changes are made by AHS to the Core/Flex scheduling of their EMS Employees working the same Shift pattern, the parties shall meet to discuss same.

Wage adjustments will be retroactive to April 1, 2023. 

  • 1500 signing bonus for all Full-time and Temporary Full-time Employees.

  • $1000 signing bonus for Part Time and Temporary Part Time Employees. 

  • $750 signing bonus for Regular Casuals.
