Article 43: Copies of Collective Agreement
- The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new employee upon appointment.
- The size, format and number of copies of the Collective Agreement will be mutually decided upon. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the Employer.
