Article 26: Professional Fees
- Effective DATE OF RATIFICATION, a Licensed Practical Nurse shall be reimbursed for all dues paid to their Professional College or Association, to a maximum of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00), if
- at the beginning of the registration year, they have an active registration in their Professional College, and requires such active registration to perform their duties; and
- they have an average of zero point four (0.4) FTE or greater hours actually worked in the previous fiscal year
