Letters of Understanding
Article 9: Bulletin Boards
- The Employer shall provide an electronic version of the HSAA bulletin board on the internal network for the exclusive use of the Union to post notices of meetings and other notices which may be of interest to Employees. The local unit chair and alternate shall have the exclusive right to have editing privileges to the electronic HSAA bulletin board. The Employer reserves the right to require that posted material objectionable to the Employer be removed from the bulletin board. If accessibility issues arise with the electronic version, the Union has the right to revert back to the HSAA physical bulletin board.
