Letters of Understanding
Article 39: Union Business
- Provided the efficiency of Millard Health shall not in any case be seriously disrupted, leave of absence without pay shall be granted by the Employer to an Employee elected or appointed to represent the Union at Conventions, Meetings, Workshops, Seminars and Schools provided the Employee gives the Employer five (5) working days’ written notice for such leave or whatever lesser period the Employer may agree to. An approval shall not unreasonably be denied.
