Letters of Understanding
Article 45: Group Life Insurance Plan
- Group Life Insurance consists of:
- basic compulsory coverage including accidental death and dismemberment;
- optional additional Employee coverage; and
- dependent coverage.
- Limitations to the benefits and other provisions of this plan will be determined solely by Employer Policy and the contract with the carrier. Basic and dependent insurance is paid one hundred percent (100%) by the Employer.
