Letters of Understanding
Article 2: Term of Collective Agreement
- The term of this Collective Agreement shall be from January 1, 2025 up to and including the 31st day of December 2028 and from year to year thereafter unless notice in writing is given by either party to the other party, not less than sixty (60) days nor more than 120 days preceding the expiry date, of its desire to change or amend this Collective Agreement.
- Where notice is served by either party to commence collective bargaining, this Collective Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until procedures and/or acts contemplated by the Act for the resolution of disputes have been complied with.
- Notwithstanding the above, the terms and conditions included within this Collective Agreement may be altered during its term by mutual written consent between the Union and the Employer.
