(hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”)

RE: INSURED BENEFITS
Within ninety (90) days following the execution of the collective agreement, the Employer agrees to amend the Health Insurance Plan to the affect that a physician’s referral or not is no longer a requirement to access paramedical services.
