Article 43: Copies of Collective Agreement
The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment.
The Collective Agreement shall be printed in pocket size form by the, Union and the cost shall be shared equally between parties.
The Collective Agreement shall be made available to the Employees on the Employer and the Union website.
