Article 37: Employee-Management Advisory Committee
- The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish an Employee - Management Advisory Committee or the equivalent for promoting harmonious relationships and discussing topics of mutual concern between the employees and the Employer. Employees attending on a schedule day off shall be paid at the Basic Rate of Pay.
