Article 45: Training Assignment

- Employees who are assigned to conduct training as outlined in the Instructional Staff Training Program (ISTP), specifically for the purpose of certification of new hires, retraining or recertification, shall receive a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) for each hour or part thereof spent training.
- The above premium shall only apply to employees who have been ISTP certified and to instruct and authorized to sign off on competencies.
- The above premium shall not apply to employees whose job duties/classification includes training duties.
