Article 39: Copies of the Collective Agreement
- The Employer shall provide access to an electronic copy of this Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment.
- The Collective Agreement shall be printed in paper form by the Union, and the cost of printing of the Collective Agreement will be shared equally between Canadian Blood Services and the Health Sciences Association of Alberta.
- When requested by an Employee, the Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement in paper form.
