Article 44: Job Descriptions

1. Copies of current job descriptions shall be on hand within the appropriate department(s) and shall be available to each Employee upon request.
2. Upon request in writing initiated by the Union the Employer will provide the Union with a copy of a job description for any classification in the bargaining unit provided that a request for a particular job description is not made more than once in a calendar year.
3. Where a job description has been altered or amended, the Employer shall provide the union and the affected employees with the updated job description.
