The Parties agree that:

1. The Employer will deposit an Employee’s pay cheque by way of direct deposit in a bank or financial institution of the Employee’s choosing.
2. The Employer will deposit an Employee’s pay cheque by way of direct deposit in a bank or financial institution of the Employee’s choosing.
