Article 20: Weekend Premium
- A weekend premium of three dollars and twenty-five cents ($3.25) per hour shall be paid:
- to Employees working a shift wherein the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing at fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday or;
- to Employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday provided that greater than two (2) hours are working within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing at fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or
- to Employees working all overtime hours which fall within the sixty-four (64) hour period commencing at fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday.
- Weekend Premium shall not be considered part of the Basic Rate of Pay.
