Article 45: Copies of Collective Agreement
- The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment.
- The Collective Agreement shall be printed in pocket size form by the Union, and the cost shall be shared equally between parties.
- The Collective Agreement shall be made available to the Employees both on the Employer’s internal website and on the Union’s website.
