Article 25: Job Descriptions

1. Copies of job descriptions for all positions in this bargaining unit shall be available for Employees upon request.
2. Upon request, the Employer will provide the Union with a copy of a job description for any classification in the bargaining unit provided that a request for a particular job description is not made more than once in a calendar year.
3. Where a job description is newly created or has been altered or amended, the Employer shall prepare and provide the job description to the Union within ten (10) days.
