(hereinafter referred to as "the Employer”)

HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter referred to as "the Union")

RE: LEAVES OF ABSENCE AS PROVIDED IN THE ALBERTA EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS CODE
 

The Employer recognizes its obligation of assisting Employees by providing access to the various unpaid leaves of absence in accordance with Part Two, Division 7 of the Alberta Employment Standards Code, as amended from time to time.
