Article 19: Disaster Plan Exercises
- Disaster plan exercises and fire drills shall be considered a responsibility of both the Employer and its Employees as a matter of good citizenship in the public interest. The Parties recognize that Employees covered by the Collective Agreement will be encouraged to participate in matters related to Disaster plan exercises and fire drills. Participating Employees will receive appropriate training related to the Disaster Plan exercises and fire drills.
