LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING # 1
Between
CANADIAN BLOOD SERVICES
(hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”)
- and -
HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter referred to as “the Union”)
RE: WELLNESS INITIATIVES LUMP SUM
Effective January 1, 2018, regular full-time Employees shall receive a lump sum payment of six hundred dollars ($600); January 1, 2019, six hundred dollars ($600); January 1, 2020, six hundred dollars ($600); January 1, 2021, six hundred dollars ($600) to reimburse them for expenses related to their personal wellness. Benefits-eligible regular part-time Employees shall receive a prorated lump sum based on their regular paid hours in the previous calendar year.
