Covenant Health Collective Agreement 2020-2024

Preamble

Agreeing that the primary purpose of the Employer and the Employees is to provide the community with quality health care with compassion consistent with Covenant Health’s mission, visions and values, it is the intent of both parties to:

    (a) act in a fair and reasonable manner;

    (b) ensure the provisions of the best possible service and care;

    (c) protect the interests of patients, Employees and the community;

    (d) maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union;

    (e) recognize the mutual value of joint discussions and negotiations in all matters of mutual concern to the parties.
