Article 28: Copies of Collective Agreement
- The Employer shall provide a digital copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment. The Employer shall further provide a digital copy on all worksite communication channels for access by all Employees.
- The Employer shall provide copies of all workplace policies, procedures and job descriptions to the Union on an annual basis.
