Article 42: Protective Clothing
- When an Employee is required to wear protective clothing in the course of duty, it shall be the responsibility of the Employer to provide and launder such clothing.
- Employees who desire a ballistic vest may make arrangements with Employer to purchase one through the Employer and pay the full cost in equal monthly installments over a period of twelve (12) months.
