Article 35: Pension Plan
- The Employer shall contribute to the Local Authorities Pension Plan, or an alternate plan agreed to by the Employer and, the Union to provide benefits for participating Employees, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plan. Eligible Employees shall be as referenced in Article 34.6 of this Collective Agreement.
