Article 1: Term of Collective Agreement
- Except where specifically provided otherwise, the term of this Collective Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2018 up to and including March 31, 2023, and from year to year thereafter unless notice in writing, is given by either party to the other not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration date of its desire to change or amend this Collective Agreement.
- Where notice is served by either party to commence collective bargaining, this Collective Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until a new Collective has been executed.
