LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING # 3

BETWEEN

SIKSIKA HEALTH SERVICES
(hereinafter called the “Employer”)

AND

HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter called the “Union”)

RE: REIMBURSEMENT FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH DRIVER’S LICENSE RENEWAL
 

When the Employer requires an Employee to maintain a Class 4 driver’s license, the cost of the medical examination to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00), shall be reimbursed by the Employer, per driver’s license renewal.

This Letter of Understanding will expire March 31, 2026, or upon the date of ratification of the next Collective Agreement, whichever is later.
