Article 42: Copies of Collective Agreement
- The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment, electronically or in print upon request.
- The Collective Agreement shall be printed in pocket size form by the Union, and the cost shall be shared equally between parties.
