Article 43: Critical Incident Stress Management
- Where critical incident or stress debriefing is requested by an Employee, it shall be provided as soon as practicably possible, and the Employee will suffer no loss of earnings for the duration of the shift.
Where a critical incident occurs while on shift, all Employees shall be eligible, upon request and with mutual agreement of the Director of Emergency Services, up to three (3) hours of time out of service to CISM and decompress.
