LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING # 2
BETWEEN
SIKSIKA HEALTH SERVICES
(hereinafter called the “Employer”)
AND
HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter called the “Union”)
RE: PROFESSIONAL LICENSING AND INSURANCE
The Employer shall reimburse Regular and Temporary Full time Employees once per year for Professional Registration and insurance fees provided that you maintain yourself as a member in good standing in accordance with the By-Laws of the Alberta College of Paramedics.
Each Employee will receive reimbursement for registration fees for one registration only. Proof of payment as of the due date for payment by the College, and/or insurance provider is required before reimbursement will occur.
This Letter of Understanding will expire on March 31, 2026, or upon ratification of thenext Collective Agreement, whichever is later.
