LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #10
BETWEEN
REXALL PHARMACIES ULC
(hereinafter referred to as the Employer)
- and -
HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter referred to as the Union)
RE: FLOATER PHARMACY ASSISTANT
The Employer agrees to staff a Full-time Pharmacy Assistant to act as a floater between sites to cover off absences.
The Employer agrees, insofar as possible to provide a schedule for the floating Pharmacy Assistant pursuant to Article 11 of the Collective Agreement.
The Parties acknowledge that the nature of the floating position may require that the schedule may be modified with short notice.
The Parties agree that the that all provisions of this Collective Agreement apply to the Full-time Pharmacy Assistant except clauses 11.02(b) and 11.03 shall not apply.
