Article 28: Uniform and Clothing
- Employees shall ensure that uniforms and clothing worn in the performance of their duties adhere to standards set by ECAA.
- ECAA shall provide uniforms to each Employee as listed below:
· four (4) uniformed shirts,
· one (1) jacket/parka,
· one (1) head cover,
· four (4) pairs of pants,
· one (1) black leather belt,
· one (1) pair of safety glasses,
· one (1) toque,
· two (2) pairs of epaulette slip-on insignia as appropriate for job classification.
as well as a four hundred dollars ($400.00) reimbursement provided each year on January 1st for jumpsuit, boots, or any other item at the discretion of the Operations Manager. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
For casual employees, ECAA will provide:
· two (2) uniformed shirts,
· two (2) pair of pants,
· one (1) jacket/parka,
· one (1) head cover,

· one (1) pair of safety glasses
· one (1) toque
· two (2) pairs of epaulette slip-on insignia as appropriate for job classification.
- Should the uniform be mutilated, destroyed, or damaged while on duty or from excess wear, the same shall be replaced by ECAA after inspection and approval by the Operations Manager.
