Article 39: Bulletin Boards
- The Employer shall provide a bulletin board to be placed in a reasonably accessible location for the exclusive use of the Union. In addition and where requested by the Union, space may be provided on other existing bulletin boards.
- The Union may post on such bulletin board(s) notices of meetings and other notices which may be of interest to Employees in the bargaining unit.
- The Employer reserves the right to require that posted material objectionable to the Employer be removed from the bulletin board(s).
