Article 27: Pension Plan
- The Employer shall contribute to the Local Authorities Pension Plan (LAPP) for retirement benefits for eligible participating Employees in accordance with the regulations of the Plan.
- The Employer shall distribute to all Employees brochures and other relevant material outlining the above Plan between the Employee’s date of hire and expected date of Plan eligibility and advise Employees when there are changes to the Plan.
