(hereinafter referred to as the Union)
RE: FLOATER PHARMACY TECHNICIAN 1
The parties agree to staff a Pharmacy Technician 1 to act as a floater between sites to cover off absences.
The Employer agrees, insofar as possible to provide a schedule for the floating Pharmacy Technician pursuant to article 11 of the Collective Agreement. The parties acknowledge that the nature of the floating position may require that the schedule may be modified with short notice.
The parties agree that the stipulations outlined in clauses 11.02(b) and 11.03 shall not apply.
The parties agree to discuss the progress of the pilot project during the duration of the project.
This Letter of Understanding shall apply over a period of time beginning the date on which the Parties exchange notice of ratification for this Collective Agreement and ending upon expiry of the collective agreement, or upon the date of ratification of the next Collective Agreement, whichever is later.
