(hereinafter referred to as the Union)
RE: SICK LEAVE BANK DRAW DOWN
As of July 29, 2013, or commencement of operations, all Employees with remaining sick leave credits accumulated during their employment with Shoppers Drug Mart shall retain these credits, with the understanding that no further accumulation shall occur beyond July 29, 2013, or commencement of operations.
These credits shall be drawn down in the event of illness or workplace injury. Employees shall be entitled to utilize the sick bank credits after casual sick days as provided in the Company Benefit plan have been exhausted.
