Article 45: Employee Management Advisory Committee (EMAC)
- The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish an Employee - Management Advisory Committee or the equivalent for promoting harmonious relationships and discussing topics of mutual concern between the Employees and the Employer.

- There shall be no loss of income for time spent by Employees at meetings and in carrying out the functions of this Committee.
- Employees shall be compensated at their applicable rate of pay if required to attend an EMAC meeting on a scheduled day off, this shall be limited to one (1) Employee per meeting who is on their scheduled day off.
