Article 41: Job Sharing
- Subject to Article 3.02 of this collective agreement, the Employee or Employer may request a "job-share" arrangement. When a request for a "job-share" has been mutually agreed upon between the Employees and the Employer, the terms and conditions shall be confirmed in a written agreement and signed by the Employer, Employees and the Union.
